Owner
Lauryn has been practicing psychotherapy in the Los Angeles area for 25 years. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and has a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from Fuller Graduate School in California.
Psychotherapist
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Colorado. She has a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology.
Associate Psychotherapist
Associate Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, and a Ph.D. in Sociology with a focus on mental health and medical sociology from UC Irvine. She also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at UC San Francisco.

Our Services

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Working with Kids and Teens starts with buy-in. With kids we provide play and other interactive strategies to help them process, often including parental involvement. For teens we collaborate with caregivers, but create safe spaces for your teen to work on their mental health goals.

Relational Therapy

We work with Couples and Families to help heal dynamics in relationships and build skills for better connection.

Individual Therapy

Our therapists tailor treatment to your individual needs, collaborating with you to create goals for a healthier you.

About
EMDR

EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) involves a series of rapid eye movements, like those of REM sleep, to reprocess disturbing memories, trauma or phobias to resolve and desensitize them emotionally.
